• Provide direct patient care in the Intermediate Medical/Surgical unit, monitoring vital signs and patient status.
• Administer medications and treatments following physician orders.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and update patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and post-discharge care.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and hospital policies.
