Job Description
We are seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) for a 6-month contract at a correctional facility in Crescent City, CA, with potential for extension or transition to a full-time state position.
Flexible full-time or part-time hours, including 8- or 10-hour shifts. Competitive pay between $72-$77/hour, with sign-on, extension, and quarterly bonuses. Benefits include medical/dental insurance, paid time off, sick leave, and all pre-employment costs covered. Qualifications: Active CA LMFT license, minimum 12 months post-licensure experience, and legal practice requirements. Responsibilities: Conduct mental health evaluations, crisis intervention, individual/group therapy, maintain documentation, and collaborate on cases.
