Job Description
This full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) provides clinical care at a School-Based Health Center (SBHC), overseeing patient treatment and conducting in-clinic visits, including assessments, therapy, and family counseling.
Perform patient assessments, develop treatment plans, manage care, and document progress notes.
Coordinate home care, referrals, and collaborate with school staff, nurses, and parents to address student health needs.
Require a Master’s in Clinical Social Work, Georgia licensure, and at least 5 years of LCSW experience, with experience working with diverse age groups and school systems preferred.
Must hold BLS certification.
