Seeking a Weekend Supervisor RN for a healthcare facility in Helena with a $2000 Sign-On Bonus.

Supervise staff, monitor patients, develop care plans, administer medications, and ensure high-quality resident care.

Document care accurately, communicate with physicians, and follow all federal, state, and company guidelines.

Administer medications safely, observe responses, and manage emergency situations including CPR.

Ensure compliance with policies, maintain confidentiality, and uphold resident rights.

Require RN licensure in the state, CPR certification, and preferably six months of long-term care experience. BSN is preferred.

Strong communication, organizational skills, and a positive attitude are essential.
