*Job Summary*
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our busy and quickly-growing Interventional Pain Management practice. We are a fun, family-oriented medical practice that is dedicated to providing the best possible care to our patients in a compassionate environment. This is a great opportunity for a personable and articulate person who is organized and self-motivated. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, conducting assessments, and developing treatment plans. This role requires a strong understanding of medical terminology and clinical practices, as well as the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. The Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner will play a critical role in enhancing patient outcomes through effective management of various health conditions.

*Duties*
* Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and evaluations.
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
* Utilize Cerner for electronic health record management and documentation.
* Apply ICD-10 coding for accurate diagnosis and billing processes.
* Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
* Monitor patients’ progress and keep records of treatments, surgeries or other medical events
* Cultivate a climate of trust and compassion for the patients
* Comply strictly with medical care regulations and safety standards
* Provide help during surgeries

*Experience*
Candidates should possess the following qualifications:
* Proven experience in patient care.
* Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to clinical practice.
* Experience with Cerner or similar electronic health record systems is highly desirable.
* Knowledge of ICD-10 coding is advantageous for accurate documentation.
* Familiarity with advancements in medical technology and current know-how.
* Problem solving skills and ability to multi-task.
* Caring and compassionate.
* Team player with good communication skills.
* Appropriate credentialing per license (PA-C or NP).

Pay: $81,292.86 – $97,901.08 per year
