Outpatient Psychiatrist

Job Description

SouthlandMD is seeking a Psychiatrist to join our team in Thomasville, GA. As a Psychiatrist, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with mental health disorders.

Duties:
– Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments
– Develop treatment plans for patients
– Prescribe medication and monitor its effectiveness
– Provide therapy to patients
– Collect data on patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
– Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients

Skills:
– Excellent communication skills
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
– Knowledge of mental health disorders and treatments
– Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation

Requirements:
– Medical degree from an accredited institution
– Board certification in Psychiatry
– Valid state medical license

Pay: $175.00 per hour
