Job Description
Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, this role provides routine patient care and supports clerical and organizational tasks within a nursing unit.
Assists with patient admission, transfer, discharge, and documentation.Prepares patient rooms, ensures belongings accompany patients, and transports stable patients safely.Maintains confidentiality, cleans equipment, and runs unit errands.Supports a safe environment by replenishing supplies and responding to emergencies.Communicates effectively with team members and responds to patient needs and call lights.Adapts care to meet patients’ physical, psychosocial, cultural, and developmental needs.Job requirements include a CNA license, BLS certification, preferably a high school diploma, and patient care experience in acute settings. Work hours are from 7 AM to 7 PM, full-time.
