Job Description

Seeking a full-time Pediatrician to join a well-established pediatric practice on Boston’s North Shore.

Enjoy a 4-day workweek, one evening shift, 1:6 weekend and holiday call, plus newborn nursery rounds.

No hospital or delivery call; hospitalist services cover inpatient and emergency care.

Support staff includes licensed LPNs, RNs, a nutritionist, and physical therapist, along with administrative team.

Focus on providing high-quality pediatric care, diagnosing and treating acute and chronic illnesses, and coordinating diagnostics and specialist consultations.

Opportunity to teach medical students.

Qualifications: BC/BE in pediatrics, unrestricted license, proficiency in EHR/EMR (AthenaPractice).

Compensation & Benefits: Starting at $175,000/year, with health/dental insurance, 401(k) with match, malpractice, LTD, PTO, and professional development support.

Schedule & Location: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts, with on-call and weekend work as needed. Must be willing to commute or relocate to Danvers, MA, and travel up to 25% preferred.
