Job Description

The Wound Care Nurse Practitioner provides advanced wound management to homebound and long-term care patients across Southern California.

Candidates must be licensed, board-certified NP or PA with prior wound care experience or certification, and have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities include physical exams, wound debridement, dressings, patient education, and documentation, with travel required to patient locations.

Qualifications include proficiency with medical equipment, the ability to lift 50 lbs, full mobility, and a valid driver’s license.

Pay ranges from $275 to $575 per day, with flexible scheduling. The role offers a patient-centric approach within a collaborative environment.
