Job Description

Seeking a licensed and board-certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with wound care experience to provide advanced wound treatment across Southern California.

The role involves treating homebound patients and those in long-term care facilities, requiring travel throughout the region. Key responsibilities include conducting physical exams, performing wound care procedures (including debridement and dressing applications), diagnosing, prescribing medications, and documenting patient progress within 24 hours.

Candidates must have excellent communication skills, proficiency with medical equipment, ability to lift 50 lbs., and full mobility to reposition patients. They should be comfortable working independently, providing patient education, and adhering to federal and state regulations. Flexibility in scheduling and reliable transportation are essential.

Compensation ranges from $275 to $575 per day, with a flexible part-time schedule. The position emphasizes delivering patient-centric care in a collaborative environment, with opportunities for training and professional growth.
