Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate *Pulmonary Unit Manager* to oversee nursing care on the Pulmonary Unit in a leading healthcare organization.

  • Supervise daily nursing operations, coordinate with departments, and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Manage patient admissions, discharges, and care plans while serving as a liaison with hospitals and physicians.
  • Develop budgets, monitor staffing, and oversee medication administration and documentation.
  • Conduct patient rounds, ensure quality assurance, and support staff training and evaluations.
  • Maintain a safe, organized environment and participate in quality improvement initiatives.

    • Qualifications: Valid RN license in Nebraska, strong communication skills, knowledge of EMRs, and ability to make independent decisions.
