Join a well-supported hospital-based clinic in Bismarck, North Dakota that’s seeking board-certified or board-eligible urologists for ongoing locum coverage starting November 2025. With a premium pay structure, light callback, and supportive staff, this is the ideal assignment for urologists looking for flexibility and top-tier compensation.

💰 Pay Breakdown:

• $2,800/24-hr call shift

• Nightly Pager Call + Call Back + Holiday 24 hr call rates additional

• Clinic Hourly Rate: $370/hr

• Travel, lodging, and malpractice fully covered

📅 Schedule & Availability:

• Starting November 2025 – 2 weeks per month ongoing

• Clinic + Call duties

• Average 1–5 callback hours

🏥 Position Highlights:

• Setting: Hospital-based urology clinic

• EMR: Epic

• Support Staff: 3 RNs + 1 CNA

• Avg. Clinic Volume: 15–20 patients/day

• Clinic Procedures: 2–3 per day

• Surgery Days: ~4 scheduled/emergent cases

• Inpatient Consults + Post-Op Rounding (during day call)

• Required Procedures: Cystoscopy, Cystoscopy & Dilation

• No robotics

✅ Requirements:

• BC/BE in Urology

• ND license or IMLC

• DEA
