Seeking a Family Practice Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a 2-week locum position in Central Wisconsin, WI, with an immediate start.

Work in a clinic focusing on prevention, wellness, and primary care, with responsibilities including evaluating, diagnosing, treating patients, prescribing medications, ordering tests, and patient education.

Requirements include a Master’s degree from an accredited program, at least 3 years of primary care experience, active licensure, EMR proficiency, BLS, NPI, DEA, and board certification. Bilingual Spanish and pediatric experience are a plus.

Position offers malpractice coverage, weekly pay, potential travel benefits, and a $2,000 referral bonus.
