Job Description
Seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to support nursing staff through training, evaluation, and leadership in a community health setting.
- Assist with meeting coordination, staff coaching, and disciplinary actions to foster a positive and accountable workforce.
- Conduct ongoing education, ensure accurate documentation, and support departmental functions and revenue maximization.
- Provide supervision to LVN Charge Nurses in the absence of leadership, support staff orientation and competency assessments, and participate in quality improvement activities.
- Maintain compliance with licensing, training, and safety standards, including travel between multiple sites.
Requirements include a current CA LVN license, at least 1 year healthcare experience, valid driver’s license, and CPR certification. Bilingual skills and prior clinical experience are a plus.
