Seeking a Home Health Occupational Therapist (OT) in Sacramento to provide personalized, in-home therapy that helps patients regain independence and perform daily activities.

As an OT, you’ll assess patients, set therapy goals, and implement exercises to improve motor skills, while recommending adaptive equipment and safety strategies.

Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and document progress.

Must have an active CA OT license, at least 1 year of experience (preferably in home health), CPR certification, and knowledge of home health regulations.
