Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated RN/LPN Weekend Manager to oversee clinical operations during weekend shifts in a Skilled Nursing setting.

  • Supervise staffing, patient assessments, medication administration, and documentation.
  • Manage infection control, emergency preparedness, and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Coordinate diagnostic evaluations and maintain high standards of patient safety and care.
  • Support team communication and operational needs during weekends.

    • Qualifications include a valid RN/LPN license, minimum 2 years’ experience, leadership skills, and proficiency with EMR/EHR systems.

    This role offers flexible weekend hours, on-call duties with stipends, and benefits such as 401(k), health insurance, and paid time off. Salary ranges from $31-$45/hour, with an average of 32 hours weekly.
