**Responsibilities include:**
Providing individual and family therapy tailored to patient needs. Delivering billable services to Medicare patients and maintaining accurate treatment plans. Conducting assessments and developing personalized care plans. Monitoring progress, adjusting plans, and supporting patients throughout treatment. Participating in interdisciplinary team efforts and developing group programs. Supporting outreach and program promotion. **Requirements:**
Licensed in PA (LCSW, LPC, or Psychologist) with 3–5 years of experience. Current BLS certification. Strong communication skills and a calm, flexible approach. Team-oriented mindset and professionalism. **Work Environment & Benefits:**
