We are seeking a compassionate *Interventional* *Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physician (Physiatrist)* to join our healthcare team.

  • Diagnose and manage neuromuscular and musculoskeletal conditions, develop personalized treatment plans, and coordinate outpatient rehabilitation services.
  • Perform procedures such as joint injections, RF ablations, and spine stimulation trials.
  • Conduct physical exams, diagnostic evaluations, and participate in quality improvement or research efforts.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.

    • Qualifications include MD or DO from an accredited institution, board certification or eligibility in PM&R, a valid NY license, and excellent communication skills. Experience in pain management or anesthesia is a plus.
