Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Job Description

We are seeking a part-time LCSW with geriatric behavioral health experience for a role in Joliet, IL.

Provide direct psycho-social services, including evaluations, diagnoses, and treatments for nursing home residents.

Conduct individual, group, and family therapies, seeing 10-15 patients daily with flexible scheduling.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care and continuity.

Maintain knowledge of Medicare guidelines and proper documentation of clinical contacts.

Work autonomously within facilities, supported by a dedicated practice manager and modern electronic record systems.

Qualifications include an LCSW license, 1-2 years’ experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with technology. Prior experience in healthcare settings and Medicare standards is a plus.
