Seeking a certified registered nurse anesthetist (CRNA) for a full-time or part-time position in East Hills Park, NJ. The role offers clinical autonomy, managing diverse cases including general, ortho, OB, peds, neuro, cardiac, vascular, plastics, transplant, and robotics, with no call required and a flexible schedule. Compensation ranges from $280K to $300K annually, plus OT pay, with additional per diem opportunities at $180-$190/hour and a $100K sign-on bonus for a 3-year commitment. Recent grads may qualify for a $20K upfront stipend. Benefits include 8 weeks of PTO, regional blocks for pain management, and a supportive team environment. The position is located 20 miles from NYC and offers a variety of work arrangements, with assistance provided for licensing, negotiations, and interviews.
