CSA Psychiatric Healing Center is a compassionate, patient-centered behavioral health organization located in Thomaston, GA. Our mission is to provide comprehensive, evidence-based, and trauma-informed care for individuals seeking healing, stability, and recovery through our Intensive Outpatient (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization (PHP) programs.
We are currently seeking a *Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Psychiatrist* to join our dynamic multidisciplinary team on a *part-time basis (10–20 hours per week)*.
*Position Overview*
The Psychiatrist will provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and treatment oversight for adult and adolescent clients participating in our DTAC-certified IOP/PHP programs. The ideal candidate is collaborative, compassionate, and committed to helping clients achieve long-term mental wellness.
*Responsibilities*
* Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and medication management sessions.
* Collaborate with our clinical team (NPs, therapists, nurses, and case managers) to develop individualized treatment plans.
* Provide ongoing clinical supervision and consultation for the multidisciplinary team.
* Ensure documentation and charting meet state and DBHDD regulatory standards.
* Participate in treatment team meetings to review client progress and adjust care plans as needed.
* Support evidence-based, recovery-oriented, and trauma-informed approaches.
*Qualifications*
* Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree required.
* Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry.
* Active Georgia medical license (unrestricted).
* DEA license in good standing.
* Experience with IOP/PHP or dual-diagnosis populations preferred.
* Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

* *Part-time:* 10–20 hours per week (flexible schedule).

Pay: $60,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
