DETAILS: – Manages the care of patients in collaboration with other health professionals and members of the health care team to have an effective integration and coordination of the clinical department – Prescribes or administers treatment, therapy, medication, vaccination, and other specialized medical care to treat or prevent illness, disease, or injury – Weekday schedule with only 1 Saturday schedule a month – 11 clinics across Southern Los Angeles – Bilingual Spanish/English preferred – Experience in community health settings preferred – EMR = NextGen
