Job Description

The Clinical Nurse Manager oversees clinical nursing services in Behavioral Health Services, collaborating with leadership to develop programs that improve care quality and satisfaction.

• Minimum of 5 years clinical experience in behavioral health, with 2 years in management.
• Requires RN licensure, BSN preferred, with current licenses and certifications (BLS, etc.).
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and team-motivation skills are essential.
