Licensed Counselor sought for a fast-paced, integrated primary care clinic focused on culturally responsive, trauma-informed care.
Provide brief, evidence-based behavioral health interventions, assessments, diagnoses, crisis support, and care coordination for individuals, families, and groups. Collaborate with medical teams to address mental health and substance use concerns, ensuring seamless continuity of care. Maintain accurate documentation, adhere to legal standards, and support quality improvement efforts. Work flexibly within a multidisciplinary team, applying therapeutic methods suited to diverse patient needs. Qualifications include a Master’s degree, current licensure in Montana, and at least one year of counseling experience. Preference for trauma therapy skills.
