Job Description
Seeking a fully licensed therapist (LCSW preferred) to join a supportive clinical team providing evidence-based individual therapy to individuals and families.
Perform assessments, develop treatment plans, and utilize evidence-based protocols.
Document client progress accurately and participate in case consultations.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with documentation standards.
Requirements include a Master’s degree, active North Carolina licensure (LCSW, LPCMH preferred), experience in mental health and addiction services, and ability to work in office or hybrid telehealth settings.
Credentialing with insurance plans is preferred; opportunity to build a full caseload.
Position is contract with potential for full-time, flexible schedule, and hybrid telehealth in Raleigh, NC. Compensation ranges from $60,000 to $70,000 annually.
