Seeking a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for outpatient primary care at a tribal outpatient facility serving underserved American Indian populations.
Position offers immediate start, Monday-Friday schedule (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) with admin time, handling about 14 patients daily.
Utilizes RPMS electronic records; minimal on-site specialists; small inpatient unit; no ICU or surgery services.
Requires a board-certified clinician with active, unrestricted license, DEA, and commitment to a 12-week assignment.
Located in the Great Plains area serving the Rosebud Sioux tribe, focusing on holistic health improvements.
Candidate must be dedicated to rural, underserved healthcare, resilient with limited resources, and COVID vaccinated.
