Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant – Mobile Wound Care

Job Description

Join a growing mobile healthcare team as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant specializing in advanced wound care in Salem, OR & surrounding areas.

Provide comprehensive wound assessments, develop care plans, and deliver treatments in patients’ homes and care facilities.

Conduct telehealth visits where permitted, prescribe medications, and document patient progress accurately.

Travel locally with mileage reimbursement, with optional rounds at skilled nursing or rehab facilities.
