Job Description

The Primary Therapist role in Greeley, CO is a full-time clinical position focused on providing individual, family, and group therapy for adults with mental health and substance use concerns.

Responsibilities include developing personalized treatment plans, facilitating evidence-based therapy sessions, documenting progress, and collaborating with external providers and the clinical team.

Qualifications: Master’s degree, active Colorado licensure (LAC, LPC, LCSW, LPCC, or equivalent), with preferred experience in outpatient settings and addiction certification.

Work Schedule: 18-21 client-facing hours weekly, including evening groups, with in-office presence five days a week.
