Primary Therapist

Job Description

The Primary Therapist position in Greeley, CO is a full-time role reporting to the Clinical Director, primarily involving evening group sessions.

Provide individual, family, and group therapy to adults with mental health and substance use issues using evidence-based approaches.

Develop personalized treatment plans, facilitate therapy sessions, and maintain accurate clinical documentation.

Collaborate with families and external providers to support client progress and participate in weekly clinical team meetings.

Ensure clients receive scheduled individual and family therapy when appropriate, and coordinate collateral services and discharge planning.

Maintain compliance with professional standards.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree, active Colorado licensure, and experience working with adults in outpatient settings. Preference for CAS or LPC credentials and at least one year of relevant experience.
