Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant- LTC/SNF Primary Care

Job Description

We are hiring a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a full-time Long Term Care position in Mountain Home, AR, working Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, with no call or weekend duties.

Qualifications:

• Must be licensed in the practicing state
• Family Nurse Practitioner Certification or Physician Assistant preferred
