Job Description
The Clinical Manager oversees clinical services in the Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit, collaborating with leadership to develop and implement quality care and educational programs that enhance patient and provider satisfaction.
Requires RN licensure (preferably BSN) with current state license and relevant certifications such as BLS.
Must possess strong clinical, leadership, communication, and analytical skills, with experience facilitating interdisciplinary teams and working collaboratively with medical staff.
Minimum of 5 years clinical experience in medical/surgical services and 2 years of progressive management experience.
Responsible to the Director of Patient Care Services, working in a clean, ventilated environment with flexible hours and physical ability to lift up to 50lbs.
