Job Description
The Clinical Manager oversees clinical services in the Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit (IRU), collaborating with the Director and Medical Staff to develop and implement quality improvement and educational programs that enhance patient and provider satisfaction.
Requires RN license with a BSN preferred, and current BLS certification. Strong clinical, leadership, communication, and analytical skills are essential. Must have a minimum of 5 years clinical experience in medical/surgical services and 2 years of progressive management experience. Ability to motivate teams, facilitate interdisciplinary collaboration, and work effectively with physicians and staff. Works in a clean, ventilated environment, with flexibility for schedule changes and emergencies, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
