Job Description
The Clinical Manager oversees clinical services in the Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit, collaborating with leadership to develop programs that improve care quality and satisfaction.
Requires RN licensure with a BSN preferred, BLS certification, and relevant certifications.
Must demonstrate strong clinical, leadership, communication, and analytical skills, with experience in interdisciplinary team facilitation and working with medical staff.
Minimum of 5 years in medical/surgical clinical roles and 2 years in management required.
Reports to the Director of Patient Care Services. Works in a clean, ventilated environment, with physical ability to lift 50lbs and adapt to schedule changes.
