We are seeking a friendly and dedicated Primary Care Physician to join a growing PACE Organization in Springfield, MA, on a full-time basis.

Provide primary medical care under the supervision of the Medical Director, including assessments, care planning, and direct patient care for frail older adults.
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, make independent medical decisions, and perform necessary procedures.
Qualifications include Board Certification/Eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Practice, preferably with geriatrics certification, and bilingual Spanish skills are a plus.
Pay ranges from $280,000 to $300,000 annually, with a full-time, in-person work setting.
