Job Description

Join a dedicated healthcare team as a Nurse Practitioner providing patient care in post-acute facilities within your community.


  • Manage and coordinate patient care, conduct rounds, write orders, and facilitate diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with staff and physicians, document visits, and ensure accurate record-keeping for billing and compliance.
  • Receive comprehensive training, shadowing, and oversight by a Medical Director to support your success.
  • Must have a Nurse Practitioner license, DEA certification, and preferably one year of relevant experience.
  • Enjoy a full-time schedule (M-F, 9am-5pm), competitive salary ($120k-$130k), and benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and tuition reimbursement.
  • This role may require travel to Ahoskie or Hertford and includes an on-call component.
