Job Description

Join a dedicated healthcare team as a Nurse Practitioner, working Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm in post-acute care settings within your community.

This role involves managing and coordinating patient care, conducting rounds, communicating with staff and physicians, and documenting visits accurately. The position offers comprehensive training, shadowing, and oversight by a Medical Director to ensure provider success.

Key responsibilities include delivering high-quality care, maintaining detailed records, and supporting diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. Candidates should possess strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with prior experience in geriatrics, internal medicine, or related fields preferred. A valid Nurse Practitioner license and DEA certification are required.
