Mental Health Therapist/Head of Service (HOS)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Mental Health Therapist/Head of Service for our Pomona STRTP, offering a $2500 sign-on bonus.

Oversee daily clinical operations ensuring high-quality care and regulatory compliance.

Provide direct clinical services, including assessments, individual, group, and family therapy.

Coordinate care, monitor service quality, and ensure documentation meets standards.

Lead clinical activities, participate in team meetings, and crisis intervention.

Complete assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge plans within specified timelines.

Supervise and collaborate with staff, and participate in quality improvement projects.

Qualifications: California licensure (LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC), 1+ year experience, valid driver’s license, and strong communication skills.
