Job Description
The Nurse Manager oversees unit functions, ensuring quality patient care and operational efficiency, including staffing, compliance, and resource management.
Provides leadership to nursing staff, supporting onboarding, professional development, and maintaining a culture aligned with ICARE values.
Optimizes resource utilization, controls costs, and fosters employee and physician engagement through team collaboration and conflict resolution.
Requires a minimum of 3 years clinical experience, RN licensure, associate’s degree (required), and a bachelor’s preferred. Leadership experience is desired.
