The Nurse Manager oversees all unit functions, ensuring high-quality patient care and operational efficiency. They collaborate with leadership to maintain staffing grids, manage admissions, and adjust surge plans based on census and acuity.
Responsibilities include problem-solving, clinical excellence, resource management, staff engagement, and service quality, fostering a positive environment aligned with ICARE values.
They lead staffing, monitor regulatory compliance, and support staff development through onboarding and ongoing education.
Minimum 3 years clinical experience required; leadership experience preferred. Education includes an Associate’s Degree and RN licensure; a Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
