Job Description
The Nurse Manager, under the Nurse Director’s guidance, oversees all unit functions to ensure high-quality patient care and operational efficiency.
Provides support on metrics such as productivity, compliance, and staffing updates. Collaborates with leadership to manage census, admissions, and surge plans across campuses. Leads staff development, onboarding, and fosters a culture of professionalism and service excellence aligned with ICARE values. Addresses issues, manages schedules, and ensures regulatory compliance. Optimizes resource utilization, promotes team engagement, and participates in strategic planning. Supports a positive environment through leadership rounding and staff accountability. Qualifications include a minimum of 3 years clinical experience, RN licensure, an associate’s degree (bachelor’s preferred), and management experience. The role is full-time, based at a hospital in Weston, WV.
