Job Description

The Nurse Manager oversees all unit functions, ensuring quality patient care and operational efficiency.
Works closely with leadership to manage staffing, census, and surge plans, while supporting staff development and fostering a positive environment aligned with ICARE values.
Responsible for problem-solving, compliance with regulatory standards, and resource management to optimize clinical outcomes and cost efficiency.
Provides leadership in employee engagement, service excellence, and strategic planning, ensuring staff accountability and professional growth.
Requires a minimum of 3 years clinical experience, RN licensure, associate’s degree (bachelor’s preferred), and leadership skills.
This is a full-time role based at Stonewall Jackson Memorial Hospital, with a variable schedule.
