Job Description

Seeking Board Certified Geriatricians, Internists, and Family Practitioners to provide comprehensive on-site medical care in post-acute, rehabilitation, long-term care, and assisted living settings.

  • Deliver face-to-face primary care services, participate in educational sessions, and collaborate with healthcare team members.
  • Serve a range of patients from short-term rehabilitation to complex geriatric cases in skilled nursing facilities.
  • Help improve clinical, cultural, and financial performance of partner facilities through a structured care model.

    Qualifications: current medical licensure and D.E.A., board eligibility or certification. This is a part-time, in-person role with a pay up to $300,000 annually.
