Job Description

Seeking Board Certified Geriatricians, Internists, and Family Practitioners to provide comprehensive on-site medical care in post-acute, rehabilitation, long-term care, and assisted living settings.

Responsibilities include face-to-face primary care, participating in educational sessions and outcomes reviews, and collaborating with healthcare teams.

Offers a competitive salary up to $300,000/year, incentive pay, benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, CME), and professional liability coverage.
