We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Registered Nurse II for the LGH D35 Diabetic Renal unit in Lynchburg, VA. This full-time position (7a-7p) involves providing comprehensive patient care, monitoring diabetic and renal patients, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.

• Assess, plan, and evaluate patient needs and responses to treatment
• Administer medications and treatments following protocols
• Educate patients and families on disease management and self-care
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Document patient care accurately and timely
