Requirements Required for presentation: must have actual state license board certification in hand, and active DEA for the state of application and CSR if needed per state in hand.** No procedures. Days only. Start month: ASAP EST Length of Assignment: 6 Months Providers Needed: 1 to 2 Providers Minimum Number of Shifts Acceptable: 7 CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS Will accept ABEM, AOBEM, ABFM, ABIM, ABPS or other BCs? FNP ANCC, AANP or other BCs?ABIM/ABFM, AANP/ANCC Residency Trained Requirements: ACGME Accredited MDDO Staffing Model: 12 Physician Shift Times: 7A to 7 P Annual Volume: 6400 Avg. Patients Per Day: 17.5 ATLS, ACLS, PALS, BALS Required?ACLS & BLS ICU BEDSThey are critical accrss, so 25 beds. The Average Daily Census is under 15. They also have swing beds patients that are only seen once weekly, so these patients occupy a large percentage of the 25 beds. EMR System: EPIC MUST HAVE ACTIVE STATE LICENSE Must have FLU and PPD within the past 12 months Privileging Timeframe is 60 days No expedited locums privileges
