Job Description

We are seeking a Pediatric Associate Medical Director for our Inpatient Mental Health Program in Norfolk, VA.

  • Provide clinical leadership and oversight for inpatient mental health services for children and adolescents.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
  • Participate in program development, staff education, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Support patient care, family engagement, and discharge planning.
  • Maintain active medical licenses and provide direct patient care as needed.
