Seeking an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) for a full-time, hybrid role serving geriatric patients in King County.
Provide in-person and telehealth care for homebound seniors with complex medical needs, including assessments, chronic disease management, and acute visits. Diagnose, treat, prescribe medications, and coordinate care with team members. Enjoy a flexible schedule: 3 clinical days, 1 admin day, and 3 days off, with work from home on non-clinical days.
