Job Description
This position is for a Charge Nurse (LPN/RN) responsible for providing individualized nursing care based on resident needs, under supervision of a registered nurse and physician.
Utilizes nursing skills to deliver safe, preventative, therapeutic, and rehabilitative care, documenting positive outcomes. Performs delegated tasks, administers treatments and medications accurately, and assesses residents including initial care planning. Maintains accurate charting, conducts unit rounds, observes resident conditions, and reports any changes. Supervises CNAs and collaborates with the healthcare team to coordinate care. Works in a skilled nursing environment, following infection control protocols, with physical demands including frequent mobility and lifting up to 50 lbs. Requires high school diploma, nursing license, and BCLS certification. Part-time with competitive pay and benefits, including flexible scheduling, insurance, and paid time off.
