Job Description

This position is for a Charge Nurse (LPN/RN) responsible for providing individualized nursing care based on resident needs, under supervision of a registered nurse and physician.

  • Utilizes nursing skills to deliver safe, preventative, therapeutic, and rehabilitative care, documenting positive outcomes.
  • Performs delegated tasks, administers treatments and medications accurately, and assesses residents including initial care planning.
  • Maintains accurate charting, conducts unit rounds, observes resident conditions, and reports any changes.
  • Supervises CNAs and collaborates with the healthcare team to coordinate care.
  • Works in a skilled nursing environment, following infection control protocols, with physical demands including frequent mobility and lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Requires high school diploma, nursing license, and BCLS certification. Part-time with competitive pay and benefits, including flexible scheduling, insurance, and paid time off.
