Clinical Lead (LAC, LMSW, LPC, or LCSW)

Job Description

The Clinical Lead oversees clinical staff and services at their assigned site, collaborating with the Program Manager to ensure access to care aligned with Model of Care standards.

Essential duties include

serving as the onsite clinical authority,

supervising workflows, case assignments, and group services,

providing clinical consultation, assessments, and team coordination,

reviewing documentation,

coordinating staff training,

and

ensuring quality service delivery.

They carry a reduced client caseload, possess a relevant Master’s degree and licensure, and demonstrate core competencies like integrity, accountability, and compassion.
The role requires a valid driver’s license, background checks, and may involve travel and physical demands.
