Seeking a dedicated Clinical Registered Nurse II for the LGH B21 Ortho Unit in Lynchburg, VA, full-time, 7p-7a shift.
Provide high-quality nursing care to orthopedic and surgical patients, ensuring safety and comfort.
Assess patient conditions, develop and implement individualized care plans, and monitor progress.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient treatments and discharge planning.
Educate patients and families on post-operative care, medication, and rehabilitation.
Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with policies and regulations.
